Today we will give you a detailed overview of all the new features and fixes we added in the latest patch 0.9.30.
New Arena - Explosives on Training Grounds
In Patch 0.9.30, our newest arena “Training Grounds” arrives in Ranked Mode, introducing a fresh layer of strategy with new obstacle types: explosive and destructible barrels. Take cover, open up new paths to your opponent’s army, or land devastating hits by triggering explosions — just be careful: friendly fire is enabled.

General improvements and adjustments have been made across the game client — especially a new way to engage your opponent and enable smarter and more tactical appraoches on the battlefield.

Arena "Training Grounds" - New Obstacles
Training Grounds - Different obstacles- With Training Grounds entering Ranked Mode, we’ve added a bit more spice — and a lot more explosiveness. Obstacles are no longer just static and indestructible. They’re now destructible and can even deal damage to surrounding areas. These new mechanics opened the door for fresh map layouts designed to take full advantage of the added tactical possibilities.
- Destructible and explosive obstacles — in this arena represented by barrels — come with a health bar shown above them. Reducing their HP to zero will cause them to disappear and potentially deal damage to nearby units or obstacles. Every attack is counted as a hit and reduces the HP by one.

Explosive obstacles deal damage in different patterns:
- Cross - Hits top-left, top-right, bottom-left, and bottom-right tiles
- Plus - Hits left, right, top, and bottom tiles
- Circle - Hits all surrounding tiles

Explosives deal 40% of max HP to every affected unit — including friendly units! So choose your attacks and positioning carefully.

Rebalancing Skills

Mage - Fire Ball
Reducing the damage by 20% - from 100% to 80% of a regular attack.

Cleric - Curse
Expand the range by 1.

Cleric - Cleanse
Removing the range limitation from "Cleanse". It now applies to all friendly units affected by a status effect (except Stun), regardless of their distance from the Cleric.

Cleric - Healing Nova
Hit enemies for 100% of your attack power, while healing your own units for 100% of your healing power - all in the same action.

🛠️ Technical Adjustments
Besides the new features we also made some technical updates.

The notification for missing items in the Armory is now more accurate, showing the specific unit and equipment slot causing the mismatch.
Made minor alignment and color corrections across the UI for a more polished look.
